It's time to Protest!

Today, Dublin Commuter Coalition heard from the office of Dublin City Council CEO; Richard Shakespeare that he is 'not available' to meet with the Cities leading Environmental / Health / Academic / Transport Campaigners regarding the potential delay to the Dublin City Centre Transport Plan.

It is unacceptable that he can make himself available for a Private Lobby organisation, with vested interests in Car Parks, but not meet with Campaigners who want the project delivered in full, and on time.

We have called a protest for next Monday, 8th July at 5.30 pm, outside Dublin City Hall on Dame Street.

Please Join us to make sure Richard Shakespeare hears the voices of Commuters in Dublin.

This is just so Dublin City Council. It's popular so we're looking at getting rid of them. People need these if we're to encourage everyone to cycle. Not everyone has their own secure bike storage.
