It is with heavy hearts that we prepare to say goodbye to our trusted colleague and friend, Martin. A hardworking and diligent mechanic who took pride in his work, Martin loved his job and was always willing to lend a hand or go the extra mile to help others. Sometimes that extra 'mile' took him all over the country, and day or night, he arrived with a smile on his face and a kind word for those he encountered.

Martin will forever be missed, not just by all the team at Bradley Transport, but by all the people he impacted in the course of his work and outside it. We have taken great comfort in the stories people have shared with us over the past few days and we fondly remember Martin as a reliable, honest and loyal friend, who was full of life, character and craic.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Martina, his children Joanne, Jennifer, Christopher and Mark, his parents Anna and Barney, his brothers Enda, Gareth, Patrick and Brian, his beloved grandchildren and all of his extended family and friends. We extend our deepest sympathies to them at this difficult time.

We will miss the craic and banter, the friendship and the loyalty, from a man we can only describe as a true gentleman. He was, and will forever remain, part of the family at Bradley Transport.

Rest in Peace Martin.

The death has occurred at Letterkenny University Hospital of Martin McCallion, Lisnakelly, Buncrana.

Beloved husband of Martina (nee Walker), much loved father of Joanne (Shane), Christopher (Roberta), Jennifer (Anthony) and Mark, loving son of Anna and Barney, and dear brother of Enda, Gareth, Patrick and Brian.

Deeply regretted and will be forever missed by his loving wife, daughters, sons, mother, father, brothers, grandchildren, wider family circle and friends.

Martin's remains will be reposing at his home Tuesday 26th August from12 o'clock noon where you are all welcome to pay your respects.

Removal from there on Thursday morning 28th August at 10.15am to St. Mary's Church, Cockhill for Requiem Mass at 11.00am followed by interment in the adjoining graveyard.

Family time please from 10.00pm to 11.00am and private on the morning of the funeral to family and friends only.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to ICU at Letterkenny University Hospital c/o any family member or Shaun Murphy Funeral Director.

FOYLE CUP DAY 5.
Our U9s finished off a fantastic week with a 6th place finish in the Foyle Cup. Two tough games on the final day, first up a 1-0 victory over Oxford Utd with Danny Duffy on target. In their final game of the tournament the lads faced Belfast academy side Crusaders. The boys produced probably their best display of the week and led 1-0 through a Danny Duffy goal with 30 seconds remaining when Crusaders equalised and eventually won the penalty shoot-out.

These boys were amazing all week long and did the club proud. Thanks to the parents who were a fantastic support & help all week long. Big shout out to our coaching staff Tony, Michael & Thomas enjoy a well earned rest now. 💙

FOYLE CUP DAY 3.
Our U9s had a superb day 3 winning both games to top the group and now look forward to playing for the Foyle Cup.

In their opening game they beat Limavady Youth 1-0 with PJ Kelly getting the all important goal in a very tight game. In game 2 the lads faced Coleraine Peacocks and once again the boys showed unbelievable determination to succeed, the prolific Danny Duffy popped with the winning goal with Noel Mooney saving a late penalty to see his side still not conceding a goal in the tournament. Huge game tomorrow for these lads.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Plan and oversee all transport operations effectively.
- Monitor and manage costs related to fuel, vehicle maintenance, and operational expenses.
- Lead and support our drivers and logistics team, including their recruitment and development.
- Maintain precise records and ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations.
- Evaluate fleet performance and implement necessary improvements.
- Handle transport incidents effectively and establish corrective measures to prevent future occurrences.

**Candidate Requirements:**

- Proven experience in a transport management role.
- CPC qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of transport regulations and compliance.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
- Experience with third-party logistics providers and fleet management systems.
- Flexible working hours based on a 40-hour week.
- Full-time candidates are preferred, but part-time applicants will also be considered.
