🏝️Our season is beginning on the Thursday 7th May, ferry trips from Cé Dhún Chaoin to An Blascaod Mór/Great Blasket Island, which was the traditional route taken by The Blasket Islanders back in the day!
We have a few seats remaining on our 9:45am departure & 11:45am departure on Thursday, our 10:45am trip is fully booked.

A beautiful summers day from season 2025, as our wonderful boat Lady Avalon made her way from the iconic and world famous Cé Dhún Chaoin to the magical An Blascaod Mór/Great Blasket Island, steeped in so much history and culture along with the best walks/hikes that truly soak in the magnificent wild beauty of the island, surrounded by the Wild Atlantic Ocean and superb views looking back at the rugged coastline. Season 2026 begins 7th May and fingers crossed for plenty settled days at sea and dry, possibly even some lovely sunny days! ☀️

Seas are getting rough for the week from Monday 25th August onwards, so grab your chance to visit the beautiful Great Blasket Island this weekend whilst seas are settled!😊

Due to rough seas our ferry Lady Avalon will not be operating trips from Cé Dhún Chaoin to Great Blasket Island on Saturday 5th & Sunday 6th July. 🌊🌊🌊
Conditions settling down from Monday 7th onwards.
