You go home from your workplace, you check out of your workplace, but there is a button you still have to press which country you are in. It provides some information, but its importance is “not really important”. The next day you come to work and start the day by signing a penalty report for 255 euros.

Europe and the world are suffering from a serious shortage of drivers. You can read how big the problem is in the attached IRU statistics. Thousands of people from companies and interest groups are working on the solution, while on the other side, the authorities are destroying what others have been building for years with one protocol after another. This kind of sanction can only have one purpose, to fill the government coffers.

Can someone tell me if there is another job where every minute of the employee's time (including rest time) is so monitored, and if they work 1 minute more than they allowed, they will be penalized.

There are serious problems that will only get worse and worse if those involved idly watch the degradation of one sector, which will have a serious impact on other sectors as well.
