🚫 𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻.

How you behave affects how others feel.
Your actions affect everyone around you. Bags on seats, loud music, rude behaviour, vandalism, and smoking all make the trip harder for others. Respect the space and those who share it.

Want a better journey? Start with yourself.

🚐 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗞𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘆 - 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆

After over two decades working in car rental at Knock Airport, 𝗞𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘆 found his way back to the bus - and back to what he truly enjoys: connecting with people.

When the pandemic paused his previous career, Kevin retrained and returned to the road, this time with 𝗧𝗙𝗜 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼, transporting adults with special needs to local centres. From day one, he felt right at home.

🟢 “It’s more than just a job - it’s the joy of seeing the passengers happy,” Kevin says. “You get to know each person, their good days and bad. And when someone turns around and says thank you... it means a lot.”

Whether it’s the friendly morning chats or the daily quiz on the radio, Kevin creates a space on the bus that’s filled with fun, care, and connection.

TFI Local Link Mayo was delighted to attend the Mayo Older People’s Council AGM as part of our ongoing involvement with the Mayo Age Friendly Alliance. 🚌

It was a great opportunity to meet older people from across the county and share information on the rural transport services available in their communities.

Well done to Mary Rafter and the team for organising such a successful and informative event.
