I write this with regret to inform you all that Aughrim Cabs is closing down.
Many miles have been covered since 1st June 2000, some bumpier and muckier than others but no less enjoyable.
Many a late night or early morning meeting and greeting wonderful people. Not knowing who you are collecting but by the end of the journey and hearing their life story at 4am you get the feeling you've known them all your life.
We would like to thank all the drivers and to everybody for all their business and support over the years, it was really appreciated. Whether it was a trip to Arklow or Rathdrum, the airport, the pub or restaurant, the bingo, school runs, shopping trips, football matches, hen & stag parties, hillwalkers, golfers, wedding guests or the lovely nightclubs its been a pleasure.
Personally I feel now is the time for a career change after a short break. I can be reached on our email [email protected] in the meantime but we leave Aughrim in the capable hands of Sean & Ronan Byrne and Lawlor Bus Hire.
The Friday Local Link services will continue as normal but contracted by Roundwood Minibus Service
