WIT Seoul: MG and Korea Are Built for Each Other 🇰🇷
Southeast Asia is one of the fastest-growing outbound markets into Korea. Korea is one of the fastest-growing outbound markets into Southeast Asia. And MG sits right at the center of that flow.
We entered Korea this year because our strengths line up directly with what the market needs. We hold some of the strongest Southeast Asian B2B demand in the region, and Korean hotels want access to that demand. At the same time, Korean travelers consistently choose Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia as top destinations, and those are exactly the markets where MG’s hotel content is the strongest and deepest.
This is the definition of fit. Supply that matches demand. Demand that matches supply. And a partner built to eliminate friction between the two.
Our approach is simple.
Local ex*****on. Zero complexity in how partners work with us. Simple integrations. High accuracy that drives conversion. When the friction disappears, revenue moves for both sides of the market.
The MG team showed up strong at WIT Seoul. Susan Goh, our Chief Sourcing Officer, Dennis Lim and Namsik Hwang from our Korea demand and supply teams. Plus our booth, where we met with Korean agencies, hotels, and tech partners hungry for growth.
MG’s President Director, Brett Henry, also joined the session “The Rewiring of APAC’s B2B Travel Networks.” During the session, he shared forward-looking insights on the future of travel and highlighting how innovation, data-driven understanding, and creative approaches are shaping new ways for people to connect, explore, and experience the world.
MG is committed to building long-term value in Korea by unlocking growth in both directions: more Southeast Asian travelers into Korea and more Korean travelers across Southeast Asia. The match is already there. We’re here to scale it.
