Fast Track is a product offered for international --departure or arrival-- flights. Customers will get guidance and assistance from our friendly “JOÜMPA” officers to process their departure flight, starting from airport’s drop zone departure terminal, security checking point 1, checking-in process, luggage handling, security checking point 2, immigration checking, lounge facility, to Boarding Gate dropping off. Our JOÜMPA officers will pick customers up and guide them to do the immigration process, experience lounge facility, check customs, and provide customers’ transportation and even deliver their luggage to their destination. Meet and Greet is another option. It provides services for customers of international arrival flight as well as domestic departure and arrival flight by welcoming and assisting customers at the airports. Transfer service provides ease for customers with transit or transfer flights.
