🥾 Camino de Santiago 2027 – We’re Off and Walking! 🥾

The first lot of invoices for our Ladies Who Travel Camino de Santiago journey have officially gone out! 🎉

Considering bookings only opened last night, the interest in this trip has been absolutely incredible already — which tells me this one is going to be very popular! 💛

Just to clarify, this is not a personally hosted Ladies Who Travel trip by me. Instead, this is a private departure created exclusively for LWT members, led by an experienced local Camino guide who will be with the group every step of the way. ✨

There’s clearly something about the idea of walking the Camino with a small group of supportive, like-minded women that is really resonating with so many of you.

If you’ve been thinking about joining, I’d definitely recommend registering your interest sooner rather than later so you don’t miss out once spots begin filling. ❤️

✨ Meet Karen | 57

Retired and travelling full-time for over 7 years, Karen originally set off from California with her partner to find a new country to call home… but somewhere along the way, they realised the journey itself was the dream 💛

Now travelling solo, she’s explored 66 countries (and counting) and still has that same sense of excitement for what’s next.

From hiking breathtaking landscapes to capturing moments through photography and trying local dishes wherever she goes… she’s fully embracing every part of the adventure 🌍

Bali with Ladies Who Travel – August 2026 

I’ve had a few messages about our Bali trip lately, so I thought I’d share a little more about it.

This is going to be such a beautiful, relaxed week — think a mix of wellness, connection, culture, and a little bit of indulgence.

If you’ve been thinking about doing a trip like this but don’t have someone to go with… this is exactly what Ladies Who Travel is all about. Most of our ladies come solo and end up leaving with new friendships.

Bali is also a really lovely “first” trip if you’ve never travelled in a group before — it’s easy, welcoming, and such a great place to slow down and reset.

✨ Meet Christine ✨

67 | Sydney

Christine is not your average traveller… she’s a solo motorcycle adventure traveller who quite literally rides her way around the world 🏍️💫

Whether she’s shipping her own bike overseas or finding one locally, Christine documents every journey — the roads, the landscapes, the history, and most importantly, the people she meets along the way.

In 2025, she rode solo through 14 countries across the UK and Europe.
In 2024, she crossed the USA and Canada twice over three months.
And closer to home, she continues to explore Australia on two wheels.

Next up? She’s heading back to the USA… and in 2027, planning an epic ride through New Zealand’s South Island followed by several months exploring Australia 🇦🇺

In between all of this, Christine is part of the “sandwich generation” — balancing grandkids, family, and life — while also being an artist, writer and storyteller 🎨

Oh, and she can cut hair and give you a makeover along the way too 💇‍♀️😉
