What September in Bali actually looks like. 🌿🗻🌊

The dry season is in full swing. The sky is that particular blue that only exists in Bali.

The rice terraces in Tegallalang have been harvested and are beginning to grow again — a brilliant, almost fluorescent green. The surf on the Bukit peninsula is at its best. Mount Agung is clear at sunrise.

The temple ceremony calendar is full — Artana can tell you in advance which village celebrations are happening during your dates.

This is not the frantic Bali of July school holidays. This is Bali at its most itself.
