The Bali dry season stretches from May to October. Right now, it is extraordinary. 🌟🌿🗻

Clear skies. Low humidity. Cool mountain air in the mornings. The volcano visible at sunrise from the right spot on the east coast. Surf at its peak on the Bukit Peninsula. Temple ceremonies every few days in some village or another.

The rice terraces in alternating states of gold (harvest) and vivid green (new growth).

This is not the rainy, muddy, grey Bali of December and January. This is Bali in its full expression.
