Tanah Lot Temple is located in coastal side of Beraban countryside, Kediri sub district and Tabanan Regency. It is situated in 30 Km in west side of Denpasar town and about 11 Km in south side of Tabanan town. Tamblingan Lake is situated high in between the mountains of Munduk. Still very untouched and maintained by locals, the lake and its surrounding area are an ideal way to have an afternoon away from the Bali crowds.
The entrance to Tamblingan Lake leads through a forrest and pops out directly in front of the temple – Pura Ulun Danu Tamblingan. Accessible to tourists, and still actively used by the local communities, it is one of the most scenic temples in Bali to visit at any time of the day. However, if you’re a keen photographer, we have seen some incredible photos at sunrise.

Beyond the temple lies Tamblingan Lake itself, where local farmers use the marshland as crops for their cows, and many that visit tend to ride a canoe across the water.
