Jakarta,12 June 2026 - MITJ and Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Co. Establish Strategic Cooperative Partnership to Jointly Advance Indonesia’s Railway Infrastructure Development.

MITJ and STEC have mutually agreed to forge a strategic partnership, actively contributing to the sustainable development of railway infrastructure in Indonesia, including it’s Network Expansion and the Safety Structure Enhancement through Proven Technology.

Mr. Jin Ai Ping stated that STEC views the collaboration with MITJ as highly strategic, given the immense potential of Indonesia’s rail infrastructure market. He emphasized that MITJ stands as the most ideal partner for STEC.

Mr. Fuad I. Z. Fachroeddin affirmed Indonesia’s trajectory toward massive railway infrastructure expansion. He noted that this outlook positions the MITJ-STEC cooperation as a pivotal, long-term strategic partnership.

The meeting between PT MITJ and STEC was further attended by Mr. Hartono Halim, Business Development Director of SUCGI, together with senior representatives from STEC Singapore Pte. Ltd., reflecting the shared commitment of all parties to fostering long-term strategic partnerships and supporting the advancement of Indonesia’s railway infrastructure development.

Jakarta, 11 June 2026 - Mr. Fuad I. Z. Fachroeddin, President Director of PT MITJ, and Mr. Richard Su, President Director of PT Ekacitra Bumikarya (Bodan Indonesia), officially signed the Head of Agreement (HOA), appointing PT MITJ as the Exclusive Distributor of Bodan®️ Level Crossing solutions in Indonesia.

Visa has formally entered into a Joint Commitment Agreement with PT MITJ Indonesia to support the nationwide implementation of Visa Acceptance across public transportation in Indonesia.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Fuad I. Z. Fachroeddin, CEO & President Director of PT MITJ Indonesia, together with Mr. Arturo Planell, Group Country Manager for Regional Southeast Asia (IPVMC) at Visa.

Mr. Fuad I. Z. Fachroeddin, CEO & President Director of PT MITJ said this partnership reflects Visa’s trust in PT MITJ Indonesia as the System Integrator and Implementation Partner for Visa Acceptance and EMV enablement, advancing secure, seamless, and globally aligned payment experiences for public transport users, starting with the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area.
