Jung Sky's Matija Benčec, who spent the last three years being part of our sales team, has become a licensed flight dispatcher / flight operations officer which means his transfer from sales to our Operational Control Centre is now official! He joins Matea Taboršak & Alen Gere under Darija Jankovic's leadership.

We have zero doubt he will be exceptional in his new role, and enjoy himself along the way.

Amalfi coast is surely one of the most sought-after destinations in Europe during summertime, especially for business jet travellers, so it was great to get a broader knowledge and experience of the FBO service at these two important airports.

Meet the second of our two pilot newcomers: First Officer Ivan Beljan, who always had an affection towards "all things mechanical", fell in love with bicycles, cars and motorcycles first, but then it all kind of evolved into passion for airplanes.

Enjoys -> skiing, mountain climbing, and the outdoors in general. Loves a good road trip, big fan of enjoying a relaxing cup of coffee on a sunny terrace somewhere.

Favourite food -> lamb on a spit, favourite music -> pretty much everything, depending on the mood.

Very excited about the time ahead in Jung Sky, says he can't wait to start flying to more demanding airports, like e.g. Samedan + he'll definitely enjoy one of the best perks of the job - travelling around Europe.

Meet one of our two pilot newcomers: First Officer Antun Begedin.

Enjoys -> hanging out with friends, gaming, playing football and tennis.
Follows -> just about every sport: football, tennis, handball, even a good game of chess.

Although most pilots say they have always seen themselves in aviation, Antun admits he’s not one of them. Yeah, he has always been fascinated by airplanes, but it never occurred to him that one day he would wear the first officer uniform, especially for a business aviation operator.

Very excited about flying for Jung Sky because of the professional development alongside some of the best people in the business.
