We offer freediving courses as well as week-long freediving, sailing and yoga retreats through cruises on luxury catamarans or camps mainland.

A Freediving Cruise is not just a holiday — it’s a full week living at sea. The better you prepare, the more you can relax once onboard.

Here’s your smart checklist:

1️⃣ Physical preparation
• Stay active 3–4 weeks before departure
• Work on mobility (shoulders, thoracic spine, hips)
• Practice gentle equalization regularly
• Prioritize sleep the week before travel
• Avoid arriving exhausted from work

You don’t need to be an athlete — but you shouldn’t arrive depleted.

2️⃣ Freediving readiness
• Bring: wetsuit (3–5mm), low-volume mask, snorkel, fins
• Plan your course with us
• Make sure you are medically fit for freediving
• Arrange diving insurance with medical evacuation

All buoys, ropes, weights & safety equipment are onboard — but your personal gear matters.

3️⃣ Logistics & boat life
• Arrive before 13:00 check-in
• Plan to provision food & drinks (bareboat concept)
• Bring soft bags, not hard suitcases
• Pack non-marking shoes & a beach towel
• Bring a 12V USB adaptor

I had an amazing time sailing in Croatia. We did everything that was listed on the website – sailing, freediving, island hopping, exploring old towns, doing some hikes. It was a nice combination – spending time at the sea, but also being able to do some walks, try local cuisine, visit medieval towns. Great time with cool people. I would definitely do it again !

In collaboration with Morski Puz Diving Rovinj we will be offering freediving courses and training sessions in Rovinj, Croatia from May 26 to June 9, 2023.

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced freediver, you can join us for a couple days or the whole fortnight and practice freediving.

Topics include physics and physiology of freediving, equalization, relaxation and breathing techniques, and rescue and safety procedures.

Personal training and coaching will also be offering during your education.

You can register for either freediving course or just join and train if you already are a certified freediver. Limited spots are offered – don’t wait before contacting us !
