Informations about the apartment. The apartment is situated in the middle of the old Town of Dubrovnik, very close, just 40 meters to Stradun (the main street), in Miho Pracat 7 street, one of the most beautiful streets in the old Town. In the time of the Dubrovnik Republic the addre
ssed building was the residence of Miho Pracat; a famous sailor and trader. There are no stair steps in this street to the door entrance. Recommended by the tourist comunity of Dubrovnik This apartment is on the first floor(concrete floors) inside the house which got the last license to be rebuilt in the Old Town(1971). In the year 2007 the apartment was fully renovated and equipped with two air conditioning unites, MaxTv on LCD screen, jacuzzi in the bathroom, large bedroom with king sized bed and peaceful environment, Desktop with internet connection, comfortable living room and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
