Step inside the RIMOWA Life Cycles pop-up at Ginza Sony Park, Tokyo, where each case becomes a carrier of stories.

A celebration of wear and usage, forming part of RIMOWA’s commitment to longevity. Marks and scratches are carefully enhanced and restored by trained craftspeople, renewing each piece for what comes next, while moments of care, personalisation and discovery speak to the many lives of a case.

Through a three-day pop-up at Ginza Sony Park in Tokyo, RIMOWA Life Cycles honours the marks of a well-travelled life. At the Care Centre, pre-loved aluminium cases are restored in real time, ready for their next chapter.

From October 16 to 18, visitors are invited to attend luggage care workshops and experience the world premiere of RIMOWA’s new Original Unique personalisation service.

An archival piece from the 2000s, the Classic Flight W**e Case was a distinctive expression of RIMOWA’s heritage in aluminium and specialist design.

Made in Germany, its shimmering silver aluminum-magnesium shell, leather handle and custom interior were designed specifically for transporting w**e glasses. An example of RIMOWA’s longstanding tradition of creating cases for very particular purposes.
