Throwback to Prolight + Sound Bangkok 2026 — where the show may be about sound and lights, but plenty happens behind the scenes before anything is switched on.

APT Thailand was glad to be part of that behind-the-scenes effort, helping exhibitors move professional AV, lighting, staging and entertainment technology into place.

For equipment like this, timing, careful handling and coordination matter just as much as the transport itself. Our team worked closely with exhibitors and partners to make sure the logistics supported the production, rather than getting in the way of it.

A great event to be involved in, and another strong showing by our APT Thai Team.

Tech Week Singapore 2026 — one of the biggest operations of the year for APT Singapore!

Tech Week Singapore has grown to become one of the largest and most important technology exhibitions not only in Singapore, but across the region, bringing together a huge number of exhibitors, visitors and technology communities under one roof. With such a massive operation taking place over just two show days, we are doing our very best to ensure everything moves as smoothly as possible.

And this year, it is truly a regional Team APT effort. We have brought in additional colleagues from our APT China and APT Thailand teams to work alongside our Singapore team on the ground — sharing resources, experience and manpower where it is needed most.

A big show calls for a big team effort. Local team on the ground. Regional support behind us. One APT Team.

Next on our busy September calendar is the HUPO 2026 World Congress at Suntec Singapore.

Scientific and laboratory exhibits can require very different care from conventional exhibition cargo, which is why careful planning, communication and handling are so important.

Our APT team is pleased to work together with exhibitors and international partners to help bring their equipment and displays safely to the congress floor.

Different industries, one commitment to good logistics.

Two shows. Two venues. Two very different industries — all happening at the same time for APT Singapore!

From 23 September 2026, our team will be supporting Passenger Terminal Expo Asia 2026 at Sands Expo & Convention Centre, while another APT Singapore team will be on the ground at SpillAsia 2026 at Suntec Singapore.

At Passenger Terminal Expo Asia, we will be handling logistics for exhibitors showcasing airport, terminal and passenger-processing solutions. Over at SpillAsia, the focus shifts completely to specialised marine spill prevention, response and environmental equipment.

Running two exhibitions concurrently across different venues means careful manpower planning, transport coordination, delivery scheduling and close communication with exhibitors, overseas partners, stand builders and organisers.

Different cargo. Different venues. Different operational needs. One APT Singapore team working together to keep everything moving. 💪

🏗️ Throwback to BCT Expo 2026 in Bangkok!

A busy few days for APT Thailand as our team supported exhibitors at BCT Expo 2026, handling the logistics behind construction technology, machinery and equipment moving into the show.

Industrial exhibitions like this require careful planning, the right handling equipment and close coordination between exhibitors, transport teams, venue operations and on-site crews. Our APT Thai team was pleased to be there on the ground, working together with customers and partners to keep everything moving smoothly.

Another successful show completed — and another great effort by Team APT Thailand! 💪
