Hactl Safety Week 2026: Everyone Plays a Part in Safety

Hactl 一向重視職業安全。今年，超過 2,100 名同事參與貨站的第十三屆「安全週」，再次印證營造安全、健康及互助的工作環境，是每位同事共同肩負的責任。

今年活動內容豐富多元，透過一系列寓學習於娛樂的活動，讓安全教育更具實用性,成效及有樂趣。精彩活動包括首次舉辦的「安全辯論賽」，鼓勵來自不同職能和部門的同事就職業安全議題交流意見；而一向備受歡迎的「安全問答比賽」，最終則由貨站服務團隊勇奪冠軍。

同事亦踴躍參與多項互動挑戰，包括透過層層疊遊戲學習正確的人手處貨技巧、透過模擬駕駛及遙控剷車遊戲加強安全操作意識，以及透過體能挑戰提升對預防滑倒、絆倒及跌倒意外的警覺性。此外，限時問答環節亦進一步提升同事對安全及保安的意識。

除了推廣職業安全外, Hactl 亦關注員工健康。「安全週」期間，公司安排了四場由物理治療師帶領的健康工作坊，透過講解及實務練習，推廣人體工學及預防肌肉骨骼受傷，並引入自動視網膜影像分析檢測服務，利用人工智能技術協助及早識別潛在健康風險，提升同事的健康意識。

透過團隊合作、輕鬆愉快的競賽及實踐學習體驗，「安全週」持續深化 Hactl 的安全文化，鼓勵同事互相關顧，建設更安全的工作環境。

Hactl 執行董事及首席財務官徐明倩表示：「良好的安全文化建基於每位同事的日常實踐和努力。很高興看到來自不同部門的同事踴躍參與『安全週』活動，並以實際行動展現安全是共同責任的理念。只要大家攜手合作、互相關顧，便能締造更安全的工作環境。」

Safety is at the heart of everything we do at Hactl. This year, more than 2,100 colleagues came together for our 13th annual Safety Week, reaffirming that creating a safe, healthy and supportive workplace is a shared responsibility.

The week featured a wide range of engaging activities designed to make safety learning practical, memorable and enjoyable. Highlights included the inaugural Safety Debate Competition, which encouraged colleagues from different departments and functions to exchange views on workplace safety, and the popular Safety Quiz Competition, where the Terminal Services Team emerged as this year's champion.

Colleagues also took part in a variety of interactive challenges, including a Jenga-style game promoting proper manual handling techniques, simulated driving and remote-controlled forklift games reinforcing safe operating practices, and a physical challenge highlighting the importance of preventing slips, trips and falls. A timed quiz further enhanced colleagues' safety and security awareness.

Beyond workplace safety, Hactl also promoted employee health and wellbeing through four physiotherapist-led training sessions on ergonomics and injury prevention, as well as an Automatic Retinal Image Analysis (ARIA) session using AI technology to support the early detection of potential health conditions. These initiatives helped raise health awareness and encouraged colleagues to take a proactive approach to their wellbeing.

Through teamwork, friendly competition and hands-on learning, Safety Week continues to foster a strong safety culture at Hactl, where everyone plays a part in looking out for one another.

Michelle Choi, Hactl Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, said: "A strong safety culture is built through the daily commitment of every colleague. It is encouraging to see colleagues from across Hactl participating so enthusiastically in the Safety Week and embracing safety as a shared responsibility. 香港空運貨站於「通用設計嘉許計劃2026/27」中再創佳績，於「辦公大樓及辦公室」組別中榮獲金獎，並同時獲得雙連金獎及持續進步獎，共勇奪三項殊榮。此計劃由平等機會委員會（平機會）主辦，旨在表揚在採納通用設計方面有傑出表現的機構，並鼓勵社會各界更廣泛採用適合所有人士的通用設計。

Hactl一直致力於貨站採納通用設計，此舉措體現於貨站的辦公室翻新項目，以及持續投放資源優化貨站設施，以滿足不同能力及背景人士的需要。除了在通道、門、服務、設備及固定裝置、業務相關項目、指示標誌及路牌、洗手間、升降機、環境氛圍和停車場等十個平機會要求的範疇，共實施了不少於64 項通用設計措施，近年更進一步提升18項辦公室及休閒設施，包括於辦公室引入可調校高度的辦公桌及易於移動的座椅、增設室外多功能運動場，以及於女洗手間免費提供生理衛生用品，充分展現貨站致力構建多元共融工作環境的承諾。

香港空運貨站工程及設施服務執行董事陳耀揚於領獎時表示：「我們非常榮幸獲頒這三項殊榮，這是對 Hactl 持續推動通用設計及建設多元共融工作環境的重要肯定。榮獲『持續進步獎』更令我們深受鼓舞，充分反映我們在提升設施便利性、促進平等參與及優化使用者體驗方面的持續努力。Hactl 一直相信，共融不僅是一項設計原則，更是企業可持續發展的重要基石。未來，我們將繼續秉持以人為本的理念，打造更具包容性及通達性的工作環境，讓每位員工和訪客均能感受到尊重、便利與關懷。」

Hactl has achieved outstanding success at the Universal Design Award Scheme 2026/27, receiving three honours: the Gold Award in the Office Buildings and Office Spaces category, Double Gold Award and Continuous Improvement Award. Organised by the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC), the award scheme aims to recognise organisations that excel in implementing universal design principles in their premises and operations, and at the same time encourage the broader adoption of universal design for people of all abilities.

Hactl has consistently integrated universal design concepts throughout its premises, and this is reflected in both its office renovation projects and continuous investment in enhancing its facilities to better meet the needs of people with different abilities and backgrounds. While including no less than 64 universal design features in its submission, covering all 10 areas required by the EOC – including access, doors, services, furniture and fixtures, business-specific components, signage and wayfinding, toilets, lifts, ambience and parking; Hactl has further upgraded 18 office and recreational facilities, including the introduction of height-adjustable desks and easily movable chairs in the office, addition of an outdoor multi-purpose sports court, and provision of menstrual products in female washrooms. These initiatives demonstrate Hactl’s strong commitment to building an inclusive workplace environment.

Kenneth Chan, Executive Director – Engineering and Facilities Services of Hactl, said at the award presentation: “We are honoured to receive these three awards, which recognise Hactl’s commitment to universal design and an inclusive workplace. All In For Green: From Ideas to Action

今年，在Hactl慶祝成立50週年並展望未來之際，第十一屆「綠 • 週」以「All In For Green」為主題，透過一連串精彩活動，讓參加者認識可持續創新與循環經濟理念，並了解如何透過多方合作和實際行動，為環境帶來正面改變。活動亦藉著Hactl邁入新篇章之際，回顧公司至今在可持續發展方面的成就。

活動以《推動可持續創新與全球循環經濟：從創新到零廢未來》座談會揭開序幕。Hactl 邀請到前環境局局長黃錦星教授、ECOLOG Recycling Japan 董事長和田顕男先生，以及MIELL GREEN UK商務總監 Adam Csomor 先生擔任主講嘉賓，分享他們對環保創新、循環經濟及邁向零廢未來的見解與實踐經驗。座談會結束後，一眾嘉賓包括政府官員、合作夥伴及客戶等參觀了「綠色展覽」。展覽展示來自 7 個國家及地區、共 14 家供應商的創新循環物料及其實際應用方案。

展覽同時展出 Hactl「舊制服零廢再造計劃」的成果，包括以環保物料製成的新員工制服、利用全新及舊制服設計而成的成衣系列，以及由舊制服升級再造而成的創意紀念品。

在一星期的活動中，參加者透過多項活動，以更深入和多元的方式體驗可持續發展理念，包括參與「超級綠色一號」劇本殺活動及升級再造工作坊。此外，「綠色市集」匯聚多個本地可持續品牌，提供低食物里程的食品及飲品、天然及補充裝產品，以及各式升級再造和循環再造產品，鼓勵大家從日常生活實踐更可持續的消費模式。

As Hactl celebrates its 50th anniversary this year and looks towards the future, its 11th Green Week brought the “All In For Green” theme to life through a week of activities exploring sustainable innovation, circularity and the many ways in which collective action can create change, while celebrating the company’s sustainability journey to date as it enters the next chapter.

The week featured an opening ceremony with a seminar titled “Driving Sustainable Innovation and Global Circularity: From Innovation to Zero Waste”. Professor Wong Kam Sing, GBS, JP, Former Secretary for the Environment of HKSAR Government, Mr. Akio Wada, President & CEO of ECOLOG Recycling Japan, and Mr. Adam Csomor, Commercial Director of MIELL GREEN UK, shared their perspectives on green innovation, the circular economy and the journey towards zero waste. Government officials, business partners and customers were among the guests who then toured the Green Exhibition, where innovative circular materials and their practical applications were showcased by 14 suppliers from 7 countries and regions.

Hactl’s "Zero-Waste Uniform Upcycling Project" was also on display, featuring staff uniforms made with eco-friendly materials, ready-to-wear pieces created from both new and retired uniforms, and a curated collection of creative souvenirs upcycled from Hactl's retired uniforms.

Over the week, participants explored sustainability in a more hands-on way through interactive games and upcycling workshops. The Green Market brought together local and sustainable brands offering low food miles food and drinks, natural and refillable products, as well as a variety of upcycled and recycled creations.

Hactl 旗下提供物流增值服務之全資附屬公司 Hacis 宣佈其「超級中國幹線」服務拓展至越南，為香港國際機場帶來更多貨量，進一步鞏固香港作為國際航空貨運樞紐的地位，惠及空運、物流業界及客戶；同時為越南企業及海外付貨人提供更便捷、具成本效益的物流及陸空聯運方案，締造多方共贏。

Hacis與越南物流供應商U&I Logistics Corporation攜手合作，成功透過「跨境一鎖計劃」，完成全港首項無縫連接越南、中國內地及香港三地進口貨物試行服務方案。貨物由越南運抵梧州後，繼而經Hacis的海關監管跨境貨車將貨物運抵香港。

香港空運服務有限公司執行董事陳樹華表示：「在香港及中國海關的支持下，『超級中國幹線』已成為連接香港與中國內地、備受業界信賴的跨境物流方案。是次將服務拓展至越南，標誌著此聯運網絡首次延伸至中國以外地區，並具備進一步拓展至亞洲其他地區的潛力，持續加強香港的區域聯通性。新服務將越南連接至香港龐大的全球空運網絡，為客戶提供更多物流方案、路線選擇與彈性，同時為香港帶來額外貨量，並為物流業創造新的發展機遇。」

U&I Logistics Corporation行政總裁Nguyen Xuan P**c表示：「『超級中國幹線』是一項效率與成本效益兼具的創新方案，我們很高興能與Hacis合作並參與其中。這為越南企業開闢了除海運、空運以外的全新物流路線，使貨物能夠透過陸路經中國內地與香港，進一步聯通國際市場，不僅提升了跨境運輸的靈活性與可靠性，更為企業提供了多元選擇。我們相信，此舉將有助促進越南與中國內地、香港的貿易往來，實現多方共贏。」

Hacis – the value-added logistics arm of Hactl – has extended its SuperLink China Direct service to Vietnam. This strategic expansion will bring additional cargo flow to the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), further strengthening the city’s position as a leading global air cargo hub. It will also benefit the airfreight and logistics industries as well as customers, while offering Vietnamese enterprises and overseas shippers a more convenient and cost-effective logistics and air-road intermodal solution, creating a win-win outcome for stakeholders.

Under the Single E-lock Scheme, a successful trial of the extended Hacis SuperLink China Direct service has already been completed, with Hacis partnering with Vietnamese logistics company U&I Logistics Corporation to deliver Hong Kong’s first pilot shipment under a seamless logistics solution connecting Vietnam, Chinese Mainland, and Hong Kong. The import shipment was transported from Vietnam by truck to Wuzhou, before being carried onward to Hong Kong via Hacis’ Customs-bonded road feeder services.

Says Ringo Chan, Executive Director of Hacis: “With the support of the Customs in Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland, SuperLink China Direct has become a trusted cross-boundary logistics solution connecting Hong Kong with Chinese Mainland. The extension to Vietnam marks the first expansion of this proven intermodal network beyond Chinese Mainland, with the potential to extend further into other parts of Asia in future, further strengthening Hong Kong’s regional connectivity. By linking Vietnam with Hong Kong’s extensive global air cargo network, the new service provides customers with more routing options and greater flexibility, while generating additional cargo flows through Hong Kong and creating new opportunities for the logistics industry.”

盧森堡國際貨運航空、達美航空及卡塔爾航空貨運的代表蒞臨典禮並擔任頒獎嘉賓。獲獎員工均憑藉過人的專業知識及技能、卓越客戶服務表現、竭誠專業的服務態度及傑出團隊精神而獲得提名及嘉許。

Hactl’s Service Excellence Award Ceremony, held on 11 September at SuperTerminal 1, celebrated the accomplishments of 63 employees for their exceptional contributions in the workplace during the first half of 2026.

The ceremony was attended by representatives from Hactl’s customers, Cargolux, Delta Air Lines and Qatar Airways Cargo, who presented the awards. Recipients of Hactl’s Service Excellence Award are typically nominated for displays of outstanding knowledge and expertise, exemplary customer service, professionalism and strong team spirit.

First Air Cargo Terminal in HKIA to Provide Free Haircut Service for Staff

Hactl率先成為香港機場社群首家為員工提供免費剪髮服務的空運貨站。Hactl與香港中華基督教青年會（YMCA）轄下的社企YM HAIR合作，在超級一號貨站的「Mindfulness Zone」定期提供剪髮服務，讓同事在工餘時可以更方便整理儀容，放鬆一下，以容光煥「髮」的最佳狀態投入工作。

剪髮服務由專業髮型師聯同參與YM HAIR培訓計劃的青年學員共同提供。YM HAIR一直為有需要的青年提供職業技能培訓及實習機會。透過與專業髮型師一同服務真實顧客，學員能累積寶貴的實戰經驗，提升專業技能、建立自信，並增強未來就業競爭力。

適逢今年Hactl成立50周年及YMCA成立125周年，這項合作別具意義。透過將剪髮服務直接帶到貨站，Hactl不僅為員工增添一項貼心福利，進一步體現對員工身心健康的關懷，更為年輕人創造寶貴的學習機會，讓他們培養職場技能，為未來發展做好準備。

運營部高級主任林尚樺表示：「平日輪班很難抽時間去剪髮，公司直接把專業服務帶到貨站，十分方便，讓我感受到公司對員工的關懷！」

管理培訓生湯藴怡亦分享：「想不到貨站內可以提供免費剪髮服務，真的很驚喜。這不但是一項貼心的員工福利，更有意義的是能夠幫助年輕人累積工作經驗，為未來事業發展做好準備。」

Hactl has become the first air cargo terminal in the Hong Kong airport community to offer free haircut services for its staff. Delivered in partnership with YM HAIR, a social enterprise under the Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong (YMCA), the service will be available regularly at SuperTerminal 1’s “Mindfulness Zone.” The initiative provides staff with a convenient way to refresh their appearance, take a relaxing break from work.

The haircut service is provided by professional hairstylists alongside trainees participating in YM HAIR’s training programme for young people who are looking for career development. Through working directly with experienced professionals and serving real clients, trainees gain valuable hands-on experience that helps them strengthen their technical skills, build confidence and enhance their future employment prospects.

This initiative also marks a meaningful collaboration between Hactl and the YMCA, as both organisations celebrate major milestones this year: Hactl's 50th anniversary and the YMCA's 125th anniversary. By bringing the haircut service to the terminal, Hactl is not only providing an added benefit for staff as part of its ongoing wellbeing and wellness initiatives, but also creating meaningful opportunities for young people to develop workplace skills and prepare for their careers.

Marco Lam, Senior Supervisor of Operations remarked: “With shift work, it can be difficult to find time for a haircut. Having the service brought directly to the terminal is incredibly convenient and show how much the company cares about us."

Vivian Tang, Management Trainee added: “I was pleasantly surprised to see free haircut services available at our terminal. It’s a thoughtful benefit for staff, and it’s even more meaningful knowing that it also helps young people gain skills and experience for their future careers.”

Hactl volunteers help prepare youngsters for new school year through balloon-arts

有見早前「父親節氣球工作坊」反應熱烈，Hactl再次與香港中華基督教青年會轄下的社會企業YM Balloon合作，於7月15日及8月13日舉辦兩場「氣」動天晴迎開學氣球工作坊，讓天水圍區內30 多名基層小學生學習新技能、發掘不同課外活動和興趣，拓闊視野，並以自信和積極的態度迎接新學年。

在導師及Hactl義工的帶領下，學童親手製作各式各樣、色彩繽紛的氣球，並透過與氣球藝術團隊交流，體驗社會共融的精神。為協助學童迎接新學年和加油打氣，每名參加者更獲發開學禮品包。

YM Balloon為全港首間專門提供氣球藝術服務的社企，致力為聽障人士提供培訓及就業機會。是次工作坊由聽障人士及來自基層家庭的婦女擔任導師，教授扭氣球技巧。

Following the enthusiastic response to its recent Father’s Day Balloon-Arts Workshops, Hactl once again partnered with YM Balloon, a balloon-arts social enterprise affiliated to the Chinese YMCA of Hong Kong, to host two Balloon-Arts Workshops on 15 July and 13 August 2026. The workshops provided more than 30 underprivileged primary school students from Tin Shui Wai with an opportunity to learn new skills, explore extracurricular interests and broaden their horizons, helping them welcome the new school year with confidence and positivity.

Guided by instructors and Hactl volunteers, the students created a variety of colourful balloons while gaining a deeper understanding of social inclusion through interactions with the balloon-arts team. To support their return to school, each student also received a back-to-school gift set.

As Hong Kong’s first social enterprise dedicated to providing balloon arts services, YM Balloon is committed to providing training and employment opportunities to people with hearing impairment. The workshops were led by hearing-impaired tutors and women from underprivileged families, who taught students balloon-twisting techniques.

Hactl旗下提供物流增值服務之全資附屬公司 Hacis 於其電子商貿中心增設全新Hacis智能儲存系統（HSCS）。這項全新系統進一步提升中心的自動化運作、營運效率及處貨能力，以滿足全球電子商貿持續增長的需求。

HSCS採用先進自動化存取技術，透過高速自動存取載貨機及自動導向車，將貨物運送至訂單處理工作站，實現「貨到人」的作業模式。系統亦配備倉儲管理系統，可將實時數據同步送至客戶的企業資源規劃系統及電子商貿平台，讓客戶於整個貨物處理過程中實時掌握貨物狀況及庫存資訊。

Hactl’s wholly-owned, value-added services subsidiary Hacis has launched its new Hacis Storage Control System (HSCS), a major upgrade that enhances automation, efficiency and scalability at its E-commerce Fulfilment Centre, supporting the continued growth of global e-commerce business.

The new system integrates advanced automated storage and retrieval technology with high-speed tote stacker cranes and Automated Guided Vehicles working together to retrieve and deliver inventory to workstations for order processing, creating a seamless “goods-to-person” model. Integrated with a neutral warehouse management system, HSCS also synchronises real-time data with customers' enterprise resource planning systems and e-commerce platforms, providing visibility and inventory control throughout the fulfilment cycle.
