【A collection of local arts】
Local photographers and artists visited different parts of Hong Kong and co-created a collection of artistic photos. If you are interested to know how photography and different art forms, such as dance and drama, complemented each other to illustrate the essence of the city, come visit the “Our Vibrant Art City” exhibition at Hall A, Arrivals Hall of Terminal 1!

【“Heroes into the Imaginary and Reality”: Chinese ink-painting by Chi-Ching LEE】

Local renowned artist Chi-Ching Lee is well-famed for his illustration of martial arts characters in traditional Chinese ink-painting.

In one of his latest works “Heroes into the Imaginary and Reality”, the fierce strokes and voids dramatically create the heated battles that draw you in. From now until 11 November, stop by the Arrivals Hall of Terminal 1 and enjoy the fabulous painting on the lift facades!

【Get Your Exclusive “Backstage Pass”】
It takes years of practice and hard work to prepare for a perfect stage performance. Apart from the performers, other elements like costumes, props, stage design are also essential to producing a good show.

Hong Kong International Airport is collaborating with The School of Theatre and Entertainment Arts to showcase remarkable student works including period costumes, masks and scale models of set designs. From now until 11 November, take your “Backstage Pass” to Hall B, Arrival Halls of Terminal 1, to peek through the curtain and witness the high standard of craftsmanship of the upcoming theatre practitioners!

【粵唱粵有．投入粵劇的世界】
粵劇係中國戲曲嘅一種，主要盛行於廣東省一帶，喺2009年被聯合國教育、科學及文化組織列為《人類非物質文化遺產代表作名錄》。除咗去劇場睇大戲外，而家嚟到機場都可以認識呢種博大精深嘅藝術活動！

由而家起至11月11日，香港國際機場聯同香港演藝學院戲曲學院以及演藝青年粵劇團，喺二號客運大樓三樓旅遊車總站，為大家送上「演藝粵劇新秀放異彩」節目，當中有粵劇相關展覽、定期折子戲演出，仲可以透過「虛擬實境(VR)粵劇體驗」計劃化身劇中主角，用第一身角度欣賞粵劇藝術！

【Immerse yourself in the world of Cantonese Opera!】
Cantonese opera is one of the major styles of Chinese opera, popular among audiences in the Guangdong province. It was included as part of UNESCO's Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2009. Instead of going to theatres for the performances, you can now learn more about Cantonese opera at the airport!

From now until 11 November, Hong Kong International Airport is collaborating with the School of Chinese Opera of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and the Young Academy Cantonese Opera Troupe, to present the “HKAPA Cantonese Opera Young Talents Showcase” at Coach Hall, L3 of Terminal 2.

In addition to displays about Cantonese opera and live excerpt performances, you can also put on a virtual reality headset and watch excerpts through the eyes of the principal male role of the play!
