🚨 Major U.S. Trade Overhaul🚨

The U.S. customs and tariff landscape just went through a massive reset. Here is the quick breakdown of what’s changing and how to protect your margins.

👉 So what Changed?

⚡Section 122 Surcharge Expired:
The temporary 10% global rate is gone. New Section 301 Forced-Labor Tariffs Activated: Replaces the surcharge across 60 trading partners (10% or 12.5% depending on origin, with MFN-offset caps for key allies).

⚡Postal & Commercial Parity:
Postal exemptions are officially over. All standard tariffs (MFN, 232, 301) now apply equally to postal flows.

⚡$2,500 DDP Threshold:
Postal packages under $2,500 USD now require prepaid duties and entry through a licensed U.S. customs broker.

📅 What’s Next (Aug 19):
Canada Section 338 Action: A 50% tariff takes effect on hundreds of Canadian consumer and industrial product lines (excluding autos/parts already under Section 232).
