Fam Trip: Accessible Thailand Tourism for All, October 12–21, 2024
This 10-day fam trip was organized for professional travel agents, featuring visits to Bangkok, Kanchanaburi, Ayutthaya, and Phuket with a strong focus on accessible tourism. The itinerary included transportation and hotel inspections, with tour guides providing practical demonstrations on how to lead tours for people who are blind and for those using wheelchairs.
Meetings with researchers from Bangkok University were an essential part of this comprehensive tour and discussions.
