RLP Asia Vice Chairman Bryant Lu, J.P. was invited to speak at a panel discussion for the exhibition “Ascendant: The Sculptural Legacy of Yuyu Yang”, alongside Jacky Ho, Founder of ArtHouse Tai Hang; Steven Lee, Managing Director of 亞洲藝術中心 | ASIA ART CENTER; and Wang Weini, Museum Director of 楊英風美術館 I Yuyu Yang Museum.

Bryant shared an architect’s perspective on Yuyu Yang’s work, exploring the intrinsic relationship between sculpture and architecture. He highlighted how Yang’s iconic “Phoenix” sculptures embody themes of rebirth and renewal, symbolising the dynamic interplay between art and architecture as they coexist and evolve. Drawing from the Lee Gardens Area Rejuvenation Project, he emphasised the “new horizon” represented by the network of connecting footbridges, which unifies the precinct and reflects a spirit of continuity and new beginnings.

RLP Asia is the Master Planner and Design Architect for the Lee Gardens Area Rejuvenation Project, and the Lead Architect for Lee Garden Eight, in collaboration with Foster + Partners as the Design & Landscape Architect.

RLP Asia 副主席呂慶耀太平紳士獲邀出席《重生：雕塑大師楊英風》藝術展覽講座，與 ArtHouse Tai Hang 創辦人何善衡、亞洲藝術中心總經理李宜勳及楊英風美術館館長王維妮進行深度對談。

呂慶耀從建築師角度出發，剖析楊英風作品當中雕塑與建築的內在聯繫，尤其是極具標誌性的「鳳凰」系列作品，體現重生與更替主題，象徵藝術與建築如何在共存與演變中互相牽引。他以利園區翻新項目為例，強調行人天橋網絡重新定義及串聯社區脈絡，體現延續與開創精神。

RLP Asia 為利園區翻新項目的總體規劃師及設計建築師；及並擔任利園八期的首席建築師，與建築及景觀設計師 Foster + Partners 合作。

RLP Asia marked a key milestone with the commencement ceremony of the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation & Technology Park (HSITP) Batch 1B & 1C development.

The project comprises two 9-storey laboratory buildings, two 9-storey office buildings, and a 2-storey common basement, with a total GFA of approximately 54,633 sq.m. As a pioneering project within the Northern Metropolis, it contributes to strengthening collaboration between Hong Kong and Shenzhen in the innovation and technology sector.

RLP Asia is serving as Lead Design Consultant and Authorised Person for the project, and previously delivered the design for HSITP Batch 1A Buildings 8, 9 and 11. Managing Director Andy Leung and Director Edward Leung attended the commencement ceremony alongside representatives from HSITP and project partners, celebrating this outstanding collaboration.

RLP Asia 項目港深創新及科技園第1B、1C 批次發展主體工程日前正式展開，標誌園區建設迎來重要里程碑。

該批次發展包括兩幢 9 層高實驗室大樓、兩幢 9 層高辦公室及 2 層高共用地庫，總建築面積約 54,633 平方米。作為北部都會區的先導項目，該發展將有助加強港深兩地在創新科技領域的協作。

RLP Asia’s projects were recognised with three awards at the HKIBIM Awards 2025, acknowledging our long-standing commitment to digital transformation and the advancement of a future-ready, sustainable built environment.

As a BIM pioneer since 2006, we continue to evolve our digital practice — from parametric modelling to MiC integration — applying technology thoughtfully to enhance performance across the project lifecycle.

Alfred Woo, Director of RLP Asia, attended the ceremony to mark this milestone and to reaffirm our ongoing commitment to advancing the vision of “BIM Beyond Boundaries.”

RLP Asia 項目於2025年度香港建築信息模擬學會（HKIBIM）大獎中榮獲三項殊榮，印證事務所在數碼轉型及建構面向未來、可持續建築環境方面的長期投入。

自 2006 年起，RLP Asia 率先應用BIM 技術，並持續精進數碼實踐——從參數化模型設計到「組裝合成」建築法 （MiC）整合，靈活運用科技，致力提升項目全生命週期表現。
