A few months ago, someone reached out to us with a very small shipment request.
Value of the order?
Just ₹5,000.
Honestly, many logistics companies would probably ignore it.
But for that client, it wasn’t “just” a test order.
It was the beginning of something they had been planning for months.
They were nervous.
First import.
Small budget.
Lots of doubts.
“Will the shipment arrive safely?”
“Will customs be complicated?”
“What if something goes wrong?”
We handled that shipment like it was a million-rupee consignment.
Today, that same client ships with us regularly.
What started as one small test order slowly became repeat business, referrals, and a strong working relationship.
And that reminded us of something important:
