One place in Bali I keep finding myself drawn back to: Mana 🌿🛖🌴

To be more accurate — it’s less about the place itself (though the space is beautifully intentional and sustainably designed) and more about the people. The community. That’s where the real magic lives. ✨

I first visited in March 2025 to meet local changemakers, and something about it just kept pulling me back. In February 2026, hosted a Women Changemakers Gathering and our first Impact Coworking session, with of and . The energy in that garden — the collaboration, the synergy — was unlike anything I’d experienced. After that, Mana quietly became our unofficial impact cowork hub every Wednesday. 👩‍💻

Just before I left Bali, I joined their Heroes Night and got to reunite with Trang .nguyen90 — one of Earth Company’s Impact Heroes and founder/conservationist of WildAct. That’s Mana in a nutshell: a place where the unsung (and sung) heroes find each other. 🦸‍♀️🦸🦸‍♂️

Girls Be Change is landing in Malta for the very first time — and we couldn’t be more excited to gather with the women here, together with our cohosts Janina of People & Friends, and Petra of Wellnest.

This is Gathering #28 in our global journey — after Hong Kong, Bali, Jakarta, Nairobi, Copenhagen, Lima, New York, and more. 🌎🌍🌏

6kg of trash. ~200 pieces. 3.6km. One trail. ⛰️

Yesterday, the Women Changemakers community showed up — sweaty, determined, and full of heart — for our Hike & Trail Cleanup along the Yuen Tsuen Ancient Trail in Hong Kong. Despite the heat, we moved, we picked, we reflected.

Here’s what I took away from the trail:
🌏 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿, 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹. 200 tiny pieces of trash tell a big story about consumption habits we rarely think twice about.

🤝 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆. Massive love to Devana .ng of .company for leading the cleanup, and Cindy of .is for nourishing us with LECKA vegan snacks . And to every woman who showed up — the conversations on that trail were as nourishing as the hike itself. 🫶

🌿 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗹𝘆. 𝗟𝗲𝘁’𝘀 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆. Walking that trail was a reminder that our planet constantly holds us — and it’s asking us to be more conscious about what we leave behind.

This is what the Women Changemakers community is about: Not just connection, but action. Not just inspiration, but showing up.

Thank you to every single woman who joined us yesterday. You are the change. 🫶

What a beautifully intense gathering last Sunday in Bali! 🤯 It reminded me that we are all 𝔀𝓸𝓶𝓮𝓷 𝓸𝓯 𝓹𝓸𝔀𝓮𝓻 in:

✨ 𝓒𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷: From heart to hand, through the crayons, we relearned how to release and transform our inner rhythms onto the canvas — colors literally danced across the paper!
 ✨ 𝓡𝓮𝓰𝓮𝓷𝓮𝓻𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷: We painted mindfully and with intention on the fabric from I Am Sustainable Studio — once hotel waste. Not only the material itself is regenerative, our creativity gave it new life as one-of-a-kind artwork.
 ✨ 𝓜𝓪𝓷𝓲𝓯𝓮𝓼𝓽𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷: How powerful it is to meet and speak with our future selves! Even more moving were the voices of other women’s future selves — they shook me to the core and still echo in my heart.

“You are a woman of power.” “I am so proud of you.” “You are loved.”
