A dream come true meeting at Hong Kong Disneyland! How cute are they in their special 20th anniversary outfits?! 😍

Now we need one more day to finish meeting all our friends since we missed Stella Lou and Gelatoni. Guess we have to go back!

Checked castle number 5 off the list! All we have left is Shanghai to complete the Disney parks!

We got to visit Hong Kong Disneyland at the beginning of the month and caught some of the 20th anniversary celebrations!

Our first time at La Hacienda de San Angel! The menu is different from San Angel Inn, and has some interesting offerings. We had the guacamole, al pastor tacos, enchiladas, and ended with tres leches cake topped with corn ice cream

A taste of France at Disney World! La Crêperie de Paris has galettes (made with buckwheat flour) and crêpes available, along with soup or salad as part of a prix fixe option

We got the banana caramel, pear chocolate, classic with ham, egg, and cheese, and chicken mushroom for our lunch

The legendary Susan Egan and James Monroe Iglehart took the stage last night for Valentine's Day at Epcot's Festival of the Arts! We were so lucky to hear the voice of Megara perform "I Won't Say (I'm In Love)" live and Broadway's original Genie perform "Friend Like Me"! What an amazing pair, making their Festival of the Arts debut!

We'll get to see them again at the Festival finale weekend, along with a couple other performers!

Dinner and a show!

Raglan Road Irish Pub in Disney Springs has entertainment from 4:30 - 9:45 pm each day. Irish dancers and a band alternate approximately every 20 minutes while you dine

The food is pretty great too! We got the soda bread and dip, chicken-leek pie, and beef sandwich

Fed the sea lions at Sea World yesterday! Several times a day, you can buy a tray of a few fish to toss at Sea lions. Careful, though, because the birds may try to steal your fish!

McGuire's Irish Pub is a favorite for great Irish food, prime steaks, lunch specials, and addictive brown bread. Their original location in Pensacola has been around since 1977 and they have since expanded to Destin and Panama City Beach. If I'm in the panhandle, I'm going to McGuire's as much as possible!

I watch Food Network and cooking competition shows almost exclusively. Disney Springs has several TV chef s' restaurants, including one by Iron Chef Matsuhiro Morimoto. We tried the duck ramen, signature fried rice, lemongrass chicken dumplings, California roll with real crab, and Castella cake

Broadway Con is over in NYC, but we have our own bit of Broadway here at Epcot! Talent from Disney on Broadway productions perform three times a night during the Festival of the Arts! We saw Aladdin's Adam Jacobs and Isabelle McCalla

Went to Epcot for the International Festival of the Arts! One of my favorite things to do is watch the artists work live. We got to see Tim Rogerson painting Mickey playing golf. It's always amazing to me how talented these artists are! You can support him by picking up a piece or two at his booth
