Duties:
- Assisting in preparation of documents / folders / reference materials / write-ups relating to the initiatives
- Providing executive and logistic support for meetings, briefings, site visits, events, etc.
- Assisting in providing clerical support for the preparation of quotation/tender documents
- Assisting in providing logistical support in arranging for invitation of quotations/tenders, handling of bids received and award of the quotations/tenders
- Consolidating inputs from relevant stakeholders of the initiatives;
conducting information search for the initiatives
- Assisting in general administrative duties of the team, including handling enquiries and maintaining filing system / records
- Performing any other duties as assigned by senior officers

Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or equivalent
- Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English (ability to speak Putonghua is an advantage), with Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to cope with tight working schedules
at least one year of post-degree working experience, preferably have experience in website and mobile development, Information Technology application as well as planning and implementation of projects and/or organisation of events/briefings
- Working experience in the p***c organizations is an advantage.

- Perform word processing, data processing and filing duties
- Assist in collecting fax, record keeping and processing the data collected
- Follow up with schools in relation to documents submission and updating changes
- Liaise with teachers and follow up missing documents
- Carry out day-to-day office duties, such as receipt and dispatch of documents, answer enquiries, take messages and provide logistics support in the office

Requirements:
