Exciting News! 🌟 The dynamic testing for our new machines delivered to Taiwan has begun! 🚄

Plasser & Theurer's track machines not only need to be capable of carrying out quality track maintenance work with sub-millimeter precision, but also have to travel quickly and smoothly like a regular train and satisfy all applicable regulation.

The Latest measuring train From Plasser & Theurer type EM - 120 No.7190 When making the first trip to Bandung after first coming to Indonesia, in Indonesia this train was given the name ARJUNA which was taken from the name of the Indonesian puppet character, in the photo it can be seen when the Arjuna train crosses the Cipada bridge when making its first trip to its new depot in Bandung.

The PFE45 photo contest has come to an end earlier last month, and we have received some amazing photo submissions! We were especially delighted to see some incredible entries from Japan. While these submissions are outside the contest scope, they showcase exceptional talent and creativity that we’d love to highlight.

Plasser takes cloud computing to a new level with the offering of our Datamatic platform. This innovative system uses cloud computing to assist fleet monitoring and maintenance planning.

Data such as live machine status is analysed to generate reports automatically. Long-term data analysis makes it possible to derive trends, optimize construction site planning, and compare machine performance across fleets. We are also working on implementing advanced warnings which can assist in identifying faults before they have a chance to worsen.

In addition to the DRP Data Recording Processor's results report, the Plasser TampingReport takes documentation to a new level. It allows you to capture every detail of work sequences performed, ensuring comprehensive documentation of your maintenance operations.

Machine operators now have the advantage of using the Plasser TampingReport as proof of their quality work. It showcases their commitment to technologically correct maintenance, giving them a competitive edge in the industry. On the other hand, infrastructure managers can review and analyze the effectiveness of maintenance, ensuring adherence to their standards. With the recorded information, they can further adjust and optimize the planning of upcoming maintenance work, maximizing efficiency and resource allocation.
