We’ve launched a pilot program for shore-based shipboard sewage reception in the Qiongzhou Strait.🚢♻️
Sewage from ferries will now flow directly into municipal treatment systems through dedicated pipelines. This eliminates intermediate transfers, resulting in fewer trucks on the road, lower transport costs, and effectively preventing transfer-related spill risks.
This green initiative is scaling up across 51 vessels operating on the Zhanjiang-Haikou route to protect our shared waters.🌊

🐦 Every year, tens of thousands of migratory birds pass through Hong Kong and stop at Mai Po Nature Reserve to rest and recharge.
To help protect this important ecosystem, WWF-Hong Kong regularly monitors the trees in the reserve, recording their height, trunk diameter, growth status, and overall condition.
Recently, colleagues from CSP Hong Kong joined a tree survey as volunteers. Guided by World Wildlife Fund experts, they learned how to observe and measure trees, creating “health records” that support habitat protection and conservation.📝✨

COSCO SHIPPING and Lloyd’s Register have signed a cooperation agreement at the Posidonia International Shipping Exhibition to jointly launch the “Study on European Feeder Network Layout and New Energy Propulsion Compatibility.” 🍀
The study will support the low-carbon transition of European feeder shipping by focusing on zero-carbon technology verification, industry standards and regulations, commercialization of technological achievements, and green demonstration scenarios.
Together, we aim to develop a practical, replicable, and scalable benchmark solution for zero-carbon European feeder shipping.

Our 65,000-ton semi-submersible vessel XIANG TAI KOU has completed the world’s first skid-on loading of a 2,000 MW offshore converter platform.🏆
Weighing a massive 28,000 tons (including support structures), the platform was skidded over a distance of 115.2 meters. This operation set a new world record for the heaviest load ever skidded onto a semi-submersible vessel via stern-to loading.🚢
Behind this success was strong teamwork. Our vessel and shore crews worked in close synchronization—monitoring every move, managing the high center of gravity, and adjusting the vessel’s ballast system in real-time with the tides.💪

Can you imagine subway trains crossing the ocean before entering service? 🚇🌊
We recently completed the transportation for Singapore’s MRT upgrade project — a highly demanding task requiring exceptional precision.
From protection and securing to loading and unloading, every step had to be carefully controlled to prevent any risk of impact or damage. The tight project schedule also required each shipment to arrive at port exactly on time.
Over a 4-year transport cycle, we completed 43 voyages, transporting 86 Bombardier trains with zero cargo damage and zero complaints.
