Geopark Guided Tour x Invisible Cleanup

Big shoutout to all 27 incredible volunteers who joined our cleanup and guided tour with Geopark Hong Kong UNESCO Global Geopark ! Despite the brutal heat, the volunteers pushed through and crashed it!

Last Saturday, due to the typhoons, we couldn’t head to Port Island as planned. However, we got lucky with sunny skies, able to land on the Center Island and Ma Shi Chau!

In just a few hours, the team cleared 90kg of trash. A massive thank you to the Hong Kong Geopark Hong Kong UNESCO Global Geopark for arranging this event, taking us to explore these incredible islands, allowing us to learn about Hong Kong’s unique geological heritage. Together, we leave no trace.

香港地質公園導賞團 x 淨灘

上星期六因為颱風影響，很可惜我們無法按原定計劃前往赤洲淨灘及淨山，但非常幸運地仍然可以轉往吐露港內海，登上少有人煙的丫洲及馬屎洲。

感謝27位義工在炎熱天氣下仍然支持出席，一行27人，在短短數小時內，大家除了深入認識香港獨特的地質之外，更一齊清理了 90公斤的海岸垃圾！再次感謝香港地質公園 Hong Kong UNESCO Global Geopark 的支持及安排，帶領我們乘船探索這兩個美麗的島嶼，一起實踐「山野無痕」！

Invisible Runner’s Story — Chris Lam 🏃‍♂️✨

We first met Chris at one of our hike cleanups, and we’ve been running and hiking buddies ever since!

Chris is the ultimate multi-sport athlete—tackling everything from trail running and Spartan races to Hyrox and road marathons. To date, he has completed 77 races, including his recent Ultra-Trail Australia (UTA) 50K and his very first 100-miler at V162!

We caught up with him during a training hike along the Tai Tong Trail in Yuen Long. Listen to his incredible story now!

第一次認識Chris 是在我們的一場淨山活動，從那時起，我們便成了無話不談的行山與跑步朋友！

Chris 不僅是一位越野跑手，更同時參加斯巴達障礙賽（Spartan）、Hyrox 以及路跑賽事。到目前為止，他已經完成了 77 場比賽，當中包括剛挑戰成功的 UTA 50 公里，以及他人生首個 100 英里賽事 —— V162！

The 46th round of Invisible Cleanup, massive shoutout to for powering our volunteers with the energy and electrolytes to beat the heat ❤️‍🔥
