HYGIENE PROMOTION: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ELIGIBILITY
This promotion is available exclusively to commercial businesses that require a minimum of ten (10) units. The units included in this promotion are:

· Automatic Soap/Sanitizer Dispenser
· C-Fold Paper Towel Dispenser
· Auto Cut Paper Towel Dispenser
· Toilet Paper Dispenser (Single and Twin Roll)
· Air Freshener Dispenser
· 3-in-1 Shower Dispenser
· Hair Dryer

2. EQUIPMENT SELECTION
Qualified customers may select any combination of the units listed above (mix or match) according to their preference.

3. COSTS AND FEES
Customers are not charged for the equipment itself. Customers are only required to pay the standard installation fee.

4. CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION
By accepting these terms, the customer agrees to sign a mandatory 18-month service contract.

5. REFILL PURCHASE REQUIREMENT
To maintain the validity of this promotion and the loaned equipment, all refills must be purchased exclusively from our company or any of our authorized outlets listed below. Purchasing refills from third-party suppliers is strictly prohibited during the contract term.

6. AUTHORIZED REFILL OUTLETS
Refills can be purchased at the following locations:

1. Super Distribution Enterprise – Georgetown
2. Pack Smart – Essequibo
3. R.M Enterprise – West Bank Berbice

7. LOCATION OF USE
These units are intended for use exclusively at the location specified and signed in the contract. Transferring equipment to another location without prior written consent is not permitted.
