🌍 From a YouTube channel to a complete Rhodes travel platform…
When I started Looneytravels around 3.5 years ago, my goal was simple:
Show Rhodes through the eyes of a visitor.
Not just the famous places you see in every travel guide, but the things you actually want to know when you arrive on the island — where to stay, which beaches to visit, how to get around, where to eat, what is really worth doing, and how to make the most of your time in Rhodes.
I started with a YouTube channel.
Then came Looneytravels main website.
And 2026 has been a huge step forward.
Today, Looneytravels has evolved into an Explorer-style travel platform, a Rhodes booking platform, travel tools, guides and hundreds of pages created to help visitors discover the island.
But there is one thing I am especially proud of…
🇬🇧 🇩🇪 🇫🇷 🇮🇹 🇪🇸 🇳🇱 🇵🇱 🇷🇺 🇬🇷 🇸🇪 🇩🇰 🇳🇴 🇫🇮 🇨🇿 🇭🇺 🇷🇴 🇮🇱
The Rhodes Mega Guide is now available in 17 languages.
I have spent a huge amount of time working on this because I wanted visitors from different countries to be able to explore Rhodes properly — not just through a translated page here and there, but through a complete island guide.

This is probably the biggest project I have worked on with Looneytravels so far.
And it still follows the same idea I had when I started:
Rhodes from the eyes of a visitor. ❤️
