Dear all,
We are closely monitoring the escalation of the conflict in the Middle East, which is causing a further increase in tensions in a crucial area for the supply of oil and natural gas, as well as for international transport, with significant repercussions on global markets.
We have been informed by suppliers of petroleum-derived raw materials (resins) that the worsening of the situation could result in their inability to fulfil their obligations due to force majeure.
As a result of the conflict, several logistics operators have informed us that air and sea transport operations in the affected region are experiencing major disruptions. The restrictions currently in place are affecting regional routes, transit times, and the overall stability of the supply network.
Domestic logistics operators have already reported increases in inland transport costs due to rising fuel prices.
Therefore, at present, we are unable to guarantee stable selling prices or to provide medium- to long-term quotations. Quotations will remain valid for 7 days. The current situation may also affect delivery dates, which may be delayed.
Any updates to our commercial terms will be promptly communicated to you.
We will do our utmost to mitigate, as far as possible, the effects of this unforeseeable situation, which is beyond our control, and we will keep you informed of any further developments.
