We have sailed with Nisos on several occasions and keep returning each year because they always get it right. It's a small fleet which benefits from the added attention that each high quality boat can receive. A fantastic week on board “Amity”. The boat was perfect and immaculately clean. The support team as always, are superb; everything is looked after and runs like clockwork. A big thank you to Tom, Daisy and Meg running the Assisted Bareboat Charter programme. The support they provide is excellent, and the route for the week enabled us to visit so many different ports and harbours. A perfect week! Thank you all at Nisos.

Who remembers "Nina" our lovely Bavaria 45, which we ran on the Nisos fleet from 2013 to 2018?

Well, after she left us (with the original owner), she underwent a major series of upgrades and is now for sale. An awful lot of boat for the money....

The owner is fastidious about maintenance and she has been looked after regardless of cost.

She is lying in Lefkas Marina, and the owner is looking for offers around Euros 155,000 (EU VAT paid).

"Excellent week once again with Team Nisos. Seamless experience from booking to departure. Excellent customer service and very friendly to deal with - which is why we keep coming back. We were lucky enough to have picked the brand new boat on the fleet Cafe Bleu for our week's charter using the ABC facility and wow, she is a beautiful boat.

Great to sail and very comfortable to live in. We really enjoyed being on ABC with Tom and Daisy, who were very calm, patient, enthusiastic and friendly - a great team.

New wind farm proposed for Vlicho Bay!

Hot on the heels of the resounding commercial success of Nidri Marina, Lefkada Municipality have announced a new wind farm for Vlicho Bay.

The installation will commence in April 2026 and be ready for the forthcoming summer season, with the added benefit of free electricity for the residents of Lefkada (on windy days).

The pylons will also act as fore and aft mooring piles for visiting yachts, and a sailing slalom competition will be held later in the year.
