A new success story from Serbia! 🇷🇸
We’re proud to announce the launch of our first Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) project for Mi Store Srbija- PC Centar in Serbia, the regional representative and authorized Xiaomi Technology partner.

Our team successfully delivered the design, development, and full implementation of 2,000 ESLs by SOLUM, installed in 8 stores, including 5 in Belgrade and 3 in Novi Sad, Niš, and Kragujevac, all fully integrated with the retailer’s existing accounting platform.

With this rollout, Mi Store has:
✨ Eliminated manual printing and placement of paper price tags
✨ Enabled automated price updates across all stores in under 2 minutes
✨ Freed store staff from repetitive, time-consuming tasks
✨ Achieved accurate, real-time pricing with zero paper waste

Xiaomi continues to strengthen its position in Serbia, holding ~17% of the mobile device market and around 10% overall vendor share. This project supports that growth by bringing smart, fully automated shelf technology into their retail network.

Our 2024 Annual Sustainability Report is here! 🌍

This is a report that’s not just numbers, but a story of how we continue to grow responsibly, guided by our values, our people, and our purpose. It tells the story of our collective effort to operate transparently and create meaningful impact. Not only in what we deliver, but in how we do it.

2024 was a milestone year for Printec. For AikBank Serbia, one step is replacing existing machines with smarter, faster self-service options.

After the successful operational merger in March by which AikBank became a leading domestic privately owned bank, this financial institution focuses on delivering improved customer experience, starting with modern banking technology.

How can companies keep up with the rapid evolution of corporate governance and sustainability?

This was the central question at the 11th Corporate Governance Conference, organized by the -Hellenic Chamber of Commerce last week in Athens. A key annual event that brings together thought leaders from regulatory bodies, large organizations, and the business community to discuss challenges, trends, and opportunities in governance, compliance, and ESG.

Our colleague Irini Ioannidou, Chief Compliance Officer at Printec and a member of the AMCHAM Corporate Governance Committee, proudly took part in this year’s event as co-moderator of a dynamic panel on “Insights from the Implementation of the Corporate Governance Framework and the Sustainability Perspective” The panel featured senior executives from leading institutions, including OPAP, Attica Group, Grant Thornton Greece and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission

Our colleagues from Greece John Giannakou & Theodora Kyrilli represented Printec, listening to key updates and developments, joined by our customers from Eurobank, highlighting the growing momentum around digital identity and signing workflows.

Through our volunteering program, We Care, our people across regions continuously take action to protect and give back, to the community and to the planet. And this time was no different.

We recently gathered across all our countries for one of our group-wide initiatives, tree planting 🌱

From Slovenia and Romania to Bulgaria and Greece, our colleagues came together to plant trees, take part in volunteering actions, and join educational hikes, and even a bit of clean-up.

What does impact look like? 152 trees planted.
But its not only about numbers. It’s about the impact we create together, all year long.
