Greek coffee comes down to one thing: how much sugar.

Get these three and you're set:
Sketos, no sugar. Metrios, medium, the one most people order. Glykos, sweet.

A few unwritten rules: sip it slowly, never stir, and stop before the bottom, that muddy layer of grounds is meant to stay in the cup. Best enjoyed the old way, in a traditional kafeneio in a village where time moves a little slower. And if you finish with someone who reads the grounds, they might just tell your fortune.
