We are looking for a motivated and experienced Hostess/Deckhand to join our exclusive crewed charters for the upcoming season.

Working on EGOcharter yachts means becoming part of a professional, friendly team delivering exceptional guest experiences in Greece.

🌊 What we’re looking for:

* Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
* The candidate must hold a Greek seaman's book or seaman's book applied to the Greek flag registration.
* Previous experience in a similar position onboard yachts or in hospitality
* Strong service mindset & attention to detail
* Basic deckhand skills
* Tender driving experience
* Positive attitude, team spirit & flexibility
