📣📦 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT | CARGO DELIVERY PROCESS 🇵🇭

Good day, Kabayan. We would like to sincerely apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding caused by our previous post. We acknowledge that this was clearly our mistake, and we take full responsibility for not explaining the process and timeline more clearly.

Thank you for reminding us to always do better and improve our service. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us serve you more clearly and professionally.

To clarify, our November 16 cargo loading from Athens, Greece arrived safely in the Philippines on January 14. The estimated transit time from Greece to the Philippines is around 3 months, depending on shipping schedules and port conditions.

After arrival, the cargo still goes through port processing, customs clearance, and transfer to our warehouses, which normally takes an additional 1–2 weeks before deliveries can officially begin.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued trust in Ilocos Cargo.
