TERMS OF THE JOB CONTRACT;

■ Starting salary – $75,000 ($75,000 to $77,000 per year (After 3 months’ probation depending on years of experience)

■ Economy class airfare to Bermuda - If BHB pays for the airfare, it will come out of the first relocation allowance instalment.

■ 3 month’s complementary housing on arrival

■ Life insurance – One year’s salary (premium paid 100% by employer)

■ Employee pension plan – 5% of employee salary matched 5% by employer (optional)

■ Major medical (employer pays 50%)

■ Repatriation back home

REQUIREMENTS ;

7. For Nurses; A minimum of two years clinical working experience in any of the following:

vi. Emergency Service & Urgent Care Centre
vii. Renaissance Re Oncology
viii. Operating Room
