HORGLE TRANSPORT AND COMPANY LIMITED, hereinafter called JKH was established some forty (40) years ago as a bulk peddling transporter in the petroleum business, then managed by Abla Horgle of blessed memory. About 27 years ago, it became a bulk product transporter for Shell. HTCL was incorporated as a limited liability company in the year 2003.
