Avoid SPEED Driving. "It is better to be LATE, than to be the LATE".

Drive at a reasonable speed which makes it possible to stop within a distance you wish to.

Remember, the ability to stop in good time depends on your speed, road and tyre conditions.

From 18th July 2024, the "Police Invisible Eyes Are Watching" ( ) will take effect by deploying digital systems and mechanisms to apprehend over Speeding and other road traffic offences and issue tickets for offenders.

Don't be a victim. Be safety minded, not safety blinded.

Road transport is just one of the many transport modes in Ghana. Unfortunately we are losing a lot of lives through avoidable road carnage. These includes pedestrians, occupants of vehicles and other road users

Until a total integration of our transport system couple with discipline and enforcement of road traffic regulations, these lost of lives is not ending any time soon.

In the mean time, we have a responsibility as road users to be safe whenever we are using the road by taking precautions, observe and obey the rules and regulations guiding our roads.

Take your safety in your own hands when using the road. It is a shared responsibility.

Don't be part of the statistics.
