This book has just landed in our office and so far, is an incredibly informative read about Tongue Cancer. It is called ‘Dying to Talk’ and is a memoir written by Yvonne Pearson on behalf of her late daughter Cath. Cath passed away in 2013 due to an aggressive, stage four Tongue Cancer at the age of 25.

This is the story Cath wanted to tell herself but sadly couldn't. Unable to speak due to this horrific disease, which took hold so incredibly fast, she just never got the chance. This is also a mother and daughters' story of love and silent conversations".
