In case you were wondering… we don’t only do large groups! 👀

Our Private Hire Operator’s Licence means we can take bookings just like any other local private hire company — so yes, we do smaller jobs too! ✅🚕

In fact, that’s exactly what we are: one of York’s highly regarded independent private hire companies, built around reliability, flexibility and good old-fashioned customer service. 🎩

The customer’s bonus? You get the price of a car journey, but travel like a pro. 💪😎
Plenty of room to stretch out, relax and man-spread after that long-haul flight. ✈️😂

Small booking or big group — we’ve got you covered.

🚴‍♂️ 14 PEOPLE. 13 BIKE BOXES. 14 SUITCASES. 14 RUCKSACKS. ONE BIG CHALLENGE. 🚴‍♀️

A couple of months ago, we received a call from a rather shy customer who wanted to organise transport for a cycling trip abroad.

There were 14 passengers, 13 bike boxes, 14 suitcases and 14 rucksacks.

Before saying “yes”, we did what we always do — we asked questions.

📦 How big are the bike boxes?
🧳 What are the suitcase dimensions?
🎒 How much additional luggage is there?
🚐 Are there any extra pick-ups or drop-offs?

Because for us, a booking isn’t just about counting seats. It’s about understanding the whole job.

Then came the challenge…

Our existing box trailer simply wasn’t big enough. 😬

Was that a problem?

NO WAY! 💪

Have we not already told you…

“Big enough to cope, small enough to care.”

And there’s another thing we’re particularly proud of:

We’re independently owned.

That means when a customer has a challenge, we don’t have to say, “That’s not possible.”

We can think outside the box. 📦😉

So we sourced a larger box trailer, made the arrangements, loaded up the bikes and luggage, and got the job done. ✅

14 cyclists.
13 bike boxes.
14 suitcases.
14 rucksacks.
Zero drama. 😎

That’s what we mean when we say:

Ebor Minibuses — Big enough to cope, small enough to care.

If you’ve got a transport challenge that looks too complicated, give us a call.

We’ll see what we can do. 🚐💨

Big upgrade👇

We’ve added a box trailer to the fleet 🚌🚚

If you’re heading to a festival, this setup just makes sense. Tents, gazebos, crates, folding chairs, tables, cool boxes, wellies… bring it all. The minibus stays comfortable for passengers, and everything else goes safely in the trailer.

It’s also ideal for:

⛳️ Golf trips, sports gear or band equipment;
🧳 Weekend trips with “just in case” packing;
✈️ Airport runs with bulky luggage;
🕺💃 Stag/hen groups who don’t travel light.

If you’ve got a trip coming up and you know there’s going to be “stuff” let us know and we’ll sort the right setup for you.

Big enough to cope, small enough to care 🤗
