Our commitment to sustainability touches every aspect of our company, from our packaging solutions and manufacturing processes to our people. Each year, we share our advancements in our Better, Every Day sustainability journey, demonstrating continuous improvement toward a better future.

At our Bristol Plant, recent sustainability efforts include the installation of new bat boxes for our nocturnal friends, wildflower beds, solar panels, and a bug hotel to encourage wildlife.

We recently published our 2024 Impact Report, which includes some impressive achievements at Graphic Packaging International, including:
Better Packaging
• We replaced ~1 billion plastic packages with paperboard alternatives.
• We won 29 packaging innovation awards.
Better for People
• >20,000 employees participated in our annual engagement survey.
• 98% of our global sites implemented our new Health, Safety, and Environment Excellence System.
Better Future
• We announced our Net Zero by 2050 aspiration.
• We recycled ~1 million metric tons of our generated waste materials.

The company nominated Stefana from our Finishing Department for a BPIF award; BPIF is the companies external training provider. Stefana was shortlisted from a large group of nominations and then went on to win the BPIF - British Printing Industries Federation Exceptional dedication and commitment award. Stefana completed her NVQ in Carton Design in under a year – a truly well-deserved recognition. 👏
