We currently have two 9m annual mooring berths available on our exclusive riverside development on the River Yar.

The annual rate is £518 per metre, calculated based on the berth length, unless the boat exceeds the berth length, in which case the charge will be based on the boat’s overall length.

This will be pro rata in the end the license year

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to enjoy the vibrant displays at yesterday's carnival, and to all those who put so much time, imagination and hard work into creating the amazing costumes and floats around this year’s enchanting Under the Sea theme. 🌊🐠

A very special thank you must also go to the Yarmouth Carnival Committee, who have worked tirelessly throughout the whole of Carnival Week. From months of planning and preparation to making sure every event ran smoothly, their dedication, hard work and commitment (as always) has been incredible.

Carnival Week is for everyone — whether you’re a local, a returning visitor, or you’ve sailed into Yarmouth Harbour by boat to join in the fun! There really is something for everyone, and it’s certainly worth popping the dates in your diary for next year once they have been confirmed.

Yarmouth Carnival Week is still in full swing, and we’ve been having great fun capturing some of the fantastic events taking place throughout the week!

Today, we’re looking back at two of our favourite activity days — the River Sports and the ever-popular Cardboard Boat Racing! 🚣‍♀️🛶

Carnival Week is definitely one to mark in the calendar. It’s a jam-packed week of family-friendly fun, activities and plenty of laughter — and as you’ll see from the photos, everyone gets involved and has a brilliant time!

What a fantastic celebration of community, fun and summer spirit!

This afternoon the Triathlon commences at 4.30pm

Yarmouth Carnival Week 2026 returned yesterday with an afternoon full of laughter, fun and fantastic community spirit!

From the 4-mile run along the river to bean bag races, tug of war and so much more, there was something for everyone to enjoy. 🏃‍♀️

RIVER SPORTS take place today from 12:30pm! Everyone is welcome, bring your kayak, inflatable tender or paddleboard if you can!

Yarmouth Carnival week starts today!
The opening ceremony and fun run takes place from 1.15pm 😊

Join us as Carnival Week begins with the official Opening Ceremony, marking the start of a fun-filled week of community celebrations, activities and entertainment. It is the perfect way to gather together, enjoy the atmosphere and launch the festivities in style.

The special this week is a favourite, Halloumi, Hot Honey and Island Tomatoes!

As always, we highly recommend booking in advance! Just drop us a message on 07955 379642 and someone will get back to you! All orders must be in before 12:00 the day you are ordering but you can order as early in the week as you'd like!
