Another busy Monday at IPS! 👌

First on the list today is getting these timber clip cases assembled and checked, ready to head out to the customer.

There's plenty more to what we do, too! Alongside standard timber packaging, we design and manufacture bespoke transit cases, incorporating materials such as foam and plastics to keep products protected, secure and properly supported during transport. 🙌

Explorer cases are built to protect equipment on the move, just like one of our cases that travelled to South Africa with a photographer, keeping her camera equipment protected throughout the journey and ready to use when she arrived.

Cases can also be customised with foam inserts to fit the equipment inside, making them suitable for photography, electronics, medical equipment and military equipment.

Our inserts are machined to fit around the product, providing support where it needs it, while making good use of the available space. We use materials such as Plastazote and PalFoam, with different colours and densities available depending on the application.

This Explorer Case travelled all the way to Borneo, where it even came in handy as a seat while its owner lined up the perfect shot.

Along the way, it also shared its space with a rather hairy visitor… but thankfully, it was built tough enough not to mind. 🕷️
