Ever wondered why a load of rubble costs differently to a load of wood, garden waste or general rubbish? 🤔

🚧 RUBBLE & BUILDING WASTE
Bricks, concrete, hardcore, soil and other building materials all have different disposal costs. Weight, material type and the facilities needed to process them can make a difference to the final price.
🪵 WOOD & TIMBER
Not all wood is the same! Clean timber, treated wood, painted wood and mixed timber can have different disposal requirements and costs, depending on how they can be processed or recycled.
🌿 GREEN WASTE
Grass cuttings, leaves, hedge trimmings and branches can often be sent for composting or green waste processing. The quantity, type of material and whether it's mixed with other waste can all affect the cost.
