HGV C+E (Class 1) Driver – UK & European Tramping
Full-Time | Permanent | Worcestershire HQ
Monday to Friday (occasional weekend work)
Insight Trans Logistics Ltd is expanding! As a family-run business, we specialise in transport across the UK and Europe, handling everything from full loads to abnormal cargo using flatbed and low-loader trailers.
We’re now looking for a professional HGV C+E Driver to join our growing team.
💷 Earning potential: £45,000–£55,000 per year (OTE)
Includes competitive pay, bonus, and expenses package.

What You’ll Do
• Carry out UK and European collections and deliveries (with occasional longer-distance work)
• Operate flatbed and low-loader trailers
• Be away from home for 2–3 weeks at a time
• Maintain your allocated vehicle and equipment to a high standard
• Follow all safety and legal requirements

What You’ll Need
• Valid C+E (Class 1) licence
• Driver CPC, Digital Tachograph card & Passport
• Good knowledge of driver’s hours and tachograph regulations
• Experience in the following is preferred (training available for the right candidate):
o Abnormal loads and movement orders
o European driving
o Securing loads with chains and straps
• Flexibility, reliability, and strong communication skills
