Four days on the road 🚌🏑
We're just back from four days in Belgium with Cirencester Hockey Club on their Antwerp tour 🇧🇪

Early starts, long days, plenty of laughs and a great bunch of players, coaches, parents and supporters who made the miles fly by. Our job was simple: keep everyone moving safely and on time so the club could get on with enjoying the trip.
We'll let the club say the rest. From the tour organiser:
"Brandon was a fantastic driver for our group over the four days — the journeys were smooth and punctual at all times. He was always easy going and relaxed, interested in what was happening and very approachable for all. And his fancy dress costume on the Sunday must be one of the Top 5 we have ever seen! Brandon is a great ambassador for your company and we would be very keen to see him behind the wheel of our coach in 2028."

What a summer it's been. ☀️

This year we've been busier than ever, working with our local schools, community organisations, tour groups, multiple international schools (the list goes on), moving thousands of passengers safely around the UK & Europe. It hasn't left us much time for posting — but an email we received this week made us stop and reflect, and we wanted to share it.
It came from one of our international school partners, whose students and teachers we had the pleasure of looking after for a week, and it sums up everything we hope people experience when they travel with us:

"From the very beginning, everything felt incredibly well organised. The coaches were always immaculate, timings were spot on, and even with the inevitable changes and challenges that come with moving 200 international students and teachers around for an entire week, your drivers were endlessly patient, flexible and helpful.

But what impressed me most was the people. Your drivers were so warm and friendly that by the end of the week they genuinely felt like part of our team. Our groups became very fond of them, and saying goodbye this morning was surprisingly emotional!

There is something about your company that feels more like a family than simply a business. The pride people take in their work, the way the coaches are looked after, and particularly the way your team speaks about you and about one another really stood out to me. You have clearly built a very special culture.

We could not be happier with the service you gave us, and, more importantly, with the people who looked after us throughout the week."

We genuinely couldn't be prouder of our team. Behind every one of our journeys are drivers, maintenance & office staff who take real pride in what they do and look out for one another — and it means the world when our customers notice that too.
