Job Opportunities have arisen to join a long standing family business

💚Multi Drop Driver Positions Available 💚

Full time employment, 5 days a week, Monday – Friday.
Rate of paid to be discussed and a minimum of HGV 18 Tonne licence required.

You must be physically fit due to manual handling demands. Most drops are of a handball nature.
You will be responsible for:
▪️Delivering customer’s orders in a timely and accurate manner.
▪️Building a good relationships with colleagues and customers.
▪️Handball deliveries. You must be physically fit due to manual handling demands.
▪️Be able to work as part of a team and solo.
▪️Daily vehicle checks to ensure DVSA compliance and roadworthiness.
▪️Be proactive in planning your route and drops.
Compliance with Safe systems of work.
▪️Be trustworthy and reliable.

This roles require a class 2 rigid licence as minimum, a current DQC card and a digital Tacho card. Forklift licence if possible but will provide training if required.

💚Day Shift Operative Required💚

For a busy production facility, come and join our friendly family run business.

Hours are 5.30 - 3.30pm Monday to Friday.

Role will require lifting, and preparation of fruit and vegetables to meet our customers requirements. Full training will be given.

A full understanding of the English language is required.

Here at Alan Froud we are proud to be sponsoring and supporting a local football event to raise money for a beautiful and brave little girl called Betsy who sadly gained her angel wings far to young.

Ellie who is one of our next generations loves to cheer and was in the same academy as Betsy. Ellie along with Betsys squad will be performing on Saturday 9th May.

All money raised at the event will be going to the wonderful Julia’s House who help so many. Its a local charity based in Broadstone.

If any of our wonderful customers or suppliers were able donate a raffle prize or donate to support the event it would be really appreciated.

The spuds are delivered and the trucks are parked up.

All that remains is for us to wish our lovely staff, customers and suppliers a very Happy Christmas.
We say it each year but this really is a team effort so whether your behind the scenes or out on the road we appreciate it all.

Enjoy a well deserved rest and dont overcook the sprouts!

Please be advised that during the week of the 27th December to the 2nd January the office will be operating on reduced hours.
We will still be available to speak too, take orders and be as helpful as we can but the office will be closing earlier at 1pm. This will be the cut off for orders for this week only.
