We want everyone to enjoy their time on the water, so here is a quick guide on what to expect when coming aboard:

Getting to the boat: Access along the path, pontoon, and ramp is smooth and manageable for wheelchairs mobility scooters and walking frames.

Boarding the boat: Wheelchairs and walkers can be brought down to the pontoon, but please note that passengers will need to step down into the vessel using our boarding steps (as pictured!).

Don’t worry—our friendly skipper and crew are always right there to lend a steadying hand and support you every step of the way! 🤝

We love our four-legged friends just as much as anyone, but unfortunately, dogs are not permitted on Deben Cruises (no matter how nicely they ask or how hard they dream about setting sail! 💭⛵).

While your furry companions will have to sit this one out on dry land, human passengers are always welcome to come aboard and enjoy the river views!
